SHIPPING & RETURNS


We ship worldwide. All packages are posted via DHL Germany.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination. We are not adding any extra fees for processing or packaging. 
Germany shipping is free on orders above the value of 150.00 EUR
Worldwide shipping is free on orders above the value of 300.00 EUR
Germany shipping takes 2-5 working days.
Europe shipping takes 3-5 working days. 
USA shipping takes 8-14 working days.
Worldwide shipping (Rest of the world) takes 6-14 working days.
Shipping might take longer in the period of a collection release due to high order volume.
Please note: DHL Germany does not deliver or collect on national holidays. 

Delivery- and tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Add us to your address book or check your spam folder.

Returns

Download a returns form here. Print it off, fill it in and include it in your return package. Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original sale condition. Tags must not be broken. Items must be unworn. We can't refund your original or return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked DHL service when shipping any items back to avoid any issues, as we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. 

The following items cannot be refunded: Sale items, socks, underwear and gift cards.

Consumers are entitled to a revocation right according to the following standards, whereby a consumer is any natural person who completes a legal transaction for purposes that can neither be assigned to their commercial nor independently occupational activity:

1. Revocation Instruction

You have the right to revoke this contract without specifying reasons within fourteen days.

The revocation period is fourteen days starting on the day on which you or your named third party, who is not the consignor, took the last merchandise in their possession.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you have to inform us (Grace World GmbH, Kirchhainer Damm 104, 12309 Berlin, Tel.: +49 (0) 30 398 845 61, Email: customerservice@graceworldclo.com) through a clear declaration via our returns form. 

To comply with the revocation period, it is enough to send the notification about your exercising of your right to revocation before the expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments that we received from you, excluding the original postage costs, immediately and at latest within fourteen days after the day on which we received the notification on your revocation of this contract. We will use the same method of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction unless something different is explicitly agreed upon with you; you will never be charged fees because of this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the merchandise again or until you have provided proof that you returned the merchandise, whichever occurs earlier.

You must send or return the merchandise immediately and in any case at latest within fourteen days starting on the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The period is complied with if you send the merchandise before the expiration of the fourteen day period.

You must pay for the direct costs for returning the merchandise.

You only have to pay for any loss in value for the merchandise if this loss in value is due to an unnecessary contact with the merchandise on your behalf to inspect its properties, composition and functions.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of revocation

The right of revocation does not exist for contracts for the delivery of merchandise that is not pre-assembled and for the manufacturing of which an individual selection or determination is needed from the consumer or which is clearly customized to the personal needs of the consumer.

General notes

  1. Please keep the merchandise free of damage and contamination. Please send us the merchandise back in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please make sure the merchandise is protected sufficiently against transportation damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not send the merchandise "unfree" to us.
  3. Please observe that the aforementioned sections 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercising of the right of revocation.
